Who I Am

My name is Kayleigh Ripberger and I'm a 25 year old woman who grew up in a small country town in Indiana. I have been a lover of horses and other animals since I was a little girl. I lived and breathed the outdoors and being homeschooled allowed me to every day to go out and explore the great outdoors after class. It is my dream to someday use horses and animals as therapy to bring joy to the lives of others. I also desire to share with others my experiences from what I like to call the "simple life". I often ponder about what if would of been like to live back in the days where we had very few novelties and distractions of today's fast-paced society. Where self-sufficiency and a solid faith were prevalent and needed for all seasons of life. I enjoy finding meaning in the smallest details of life and to learn to be more capable with the resources we have. It is my hope to pass along this insight to those around me and future generations. This blog will encompass a little bit of everything from my walk with God to the various life experiences I receive along the way. So please follow me on this journey and the quirky unique family I have which includes a Quarter Horse, 2 miniature horses, miniature donkey, and a silly dog. :)
